Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes approximately 5-7 working days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will obtain real-time shipping quotes and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full 100 grams.

Domestic shipping

• If the value of the goods purchased is below ₹600, a shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
• Orders of ₹600 or more are shipped free of charge.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy, which sets out the eligibility window, the condition items must be in, and how refunds are issued. Please refer to that document for the full terms.

Shipping carriers

The shipping carrier selected by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Neelkanth Publishers will not be responsible for the quality of service or the timelines provided by the shipping carrier. Neelkanth Publishers shall also not be liable to compensate in any form whatsoever for any damage caused in shipping the merchandise to the customer through any shipping carrier.
