We use them only to assess your application for the role you applied to and to contact you about it. Your resume is stored privately and is never published or shared outside the people at Neelkanth Publishers who review applications.

We keep applications for up to one year. After that, resumes are deleted automatically, and applications that were not taken forward are removed entirely. You can ask us to delete your application sooner by writing to our published email address.
