Dr. Om Prakash Swami
Dr. Om Prakash Swami completed his graduation and post-graduation in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. With over 17 years of professional experience, he has served in various academic roles including Nursing Tutor, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor in reputed nursing institutions. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at Mahatma Gandhi Nursing College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, where he has been serving since 2014. He has extensive experience in nursing education, curriculum development, research methodology, and academic administration. He is actively involved in mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students and guiding research activities. He is a life member of several professional bodies including the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI), Indian Society of Psychiatric Nursing (ISPN), and the Global Foundation for Nursing Profession and Social Services (GFNPSS). He also serves as a Board of Studies (BOS) Member at the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. In the field of academic publishing, Dr. Swami is associated with the Global Nursing Journal of India as Editor-in-Chief and also serves as Managing Editor and Editorial Board Member for various journals. He is an accredited assessor with the Quality Council of India (QCI) and contributes as an external examiner and Ph.D. evaluator for multiple universities, supporting quality nursing education and research.
Dr. Narendra Kumar Sharma
Dr. Narendra Kumar Sharma, M.Sc. (Mental Health Nursing), is currently working as a Principal at Chitrini Nursing College, Prantij (Gujarat). He has completed PG in Mental Health Nursing from Sneha College of Nursing, Bengaluru. He is having a huge experience of more than 15 years in teaching human psychology, psychiatric nursing, nursing education, nursing research to undergraduate and postgraduate nursing school and colleges. He is a member of several Nursing and Health Organization as ISPN, TNAI and GFNPSS. He is conducted national and state level conferences and workshops and also delivered lectures in various scientific events. He has also written articles related to nursing. He is associated editor of Global Nursing Journal of India. He is a member of BOS in HNG University, Patan (Gujarat) and also examiner of graduate and postgraduate students of many universities.
